Aluminium die-casting
The die-casting process offers consistent quality, tight tolerance products, efficient production, and a unique smooth surface finish. These unique process features combined with 25 years of experience in applying this process for products used in the heating industry, form the foundation of the development of the Consist RE by Rubitech.

Modular construction
The Consist RE is modular constructed. The basic heat exchanger comprises a front and rear casting segment, enclosing a single flue way with a standard output of 10kW. By adding additional segments the heat output can be increased in steps of 10kW to 20kW, 30 kW and up. The highest international efficiency levels are achieved at all these output ratings.

High performance
From basic design to advanced, from domestic application to commercial, the Consist RE performs consistent on all aspects of importance such as lifetime, efficiency, emissions and hydraulic resistance.

Compact & efficient design
The square shape and compact design of the heat exchanger allows optimal use of the available space inside the conventional boiler. For example a 30kW heat exchanger is only 300mm high, 300mm wide and has a depth of 180mm including flue outlet.
