The Rubitech Group has subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Malaysia and Romania. Our headquarters in Steenwijk in the Netherlands, along with our sales office in the UK and representation in Italy are responsible for sales, contact with customers and project management. Our employees in the Netherlands, Malaysia and Romania are responsible for the localized logistical process.

Production takes place in our foundries in Malaysia, and Romania through joint ventures and we work with several production facilities in India to further expand our production capabilities. Yet it is our in-house employees situated in our local Rubitech subsidiary which manage these foundries. This guarantees meticulous process control and quality assurance throughout the production process. Product development and logistics are given much attention. The result of this unique combination is optimal quality and delivery reliability. Rubitech is responsible for the entire production process, from design to assembly and logistics. Once engaged with Rubitech you will come to understand that this is what distinguishes Rubitech from an agent. What’s more, it provides you with greater insight and assurance during production than when you work directly with a foundry in one of these countries.

Our state of the art and ISO certified facilities at Rubitech Malaysia and Rubitech Romania each use their own specialties to satisfy your wishes and demands. To complement our foundries we also regularly outsource work to a plastic foundry and various assembly companies. Our technical possibilities in the field of die casting are virtually unlimited. Virtually every product required and every sort of mould can be manufactured by Rubitech.

Malaysia
The quality and flexibility of our Malaysian foundry is not a recent development. Through many years of cooperating with Rubitech, our Malaysian foundries have gained a wealth of experience and know-how in casting, final processing and assembling aluminium die-casting. To guarantee quality even further they are all equipped with any conceivable finishing machines and have advanced inspection facilities at their disposal. Your high-end requirements for production, final processing and finishing can therefore be fulfilled. Malaysia is specialized in Porosity Free casting, Friction Stir Welding Technology (FSW) and assembly.

Romania
In Romania the foundries specialize in casting parts for flue duct systems. The flue duct elbows are cast using advanced techniques. With access to several European technical universities, Rubitech Romania is continually outfitted with the latest technology and production capabilities. Innovative ideas are put through our rigorous series production test.

India
Rubitech has representatives which coordinate with several die casting factories in India. These facilities extend the possibilities of Rubitech by using technologies such as vertical squeeze casting and vacuum casting. Additional finishing, such as wet paint and epoxy paint operations further increase the added value we offer to our customer. Taken as a whole, India provides a basis for flexible production and cost management.
