Rubitech was established as a technical intermediary between emerging Asian manufacturing markets and the European industry. The core activity centered on the transition from customer design to High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC).

• Focus: Design for Manufacturing (DFM), industrialization, production release, and quality assurance.
• Specialization: Achievement of dimensional tolerances, surface specification and reliable supply chain solutions for non-automotive industrial sectors.

To ensure delivery continuity and mitigate supply chain risks, Rubitech established dedicated logistics and support centers in Romania and Malaysia.

• Structure: The Netherlands headquarters maintains control over R&D, sales, and quality protocols.
• Logistics: Production capacities in Eastern Europe and Asia are centrally managed to ensure design control, adherence to European quality standards and efficient shipping

Expertise in manufacturing complex aluminium components for thermal management led to the establishment of Rubitech Luctron.

• Technical Transition: Knowledge of heat dissipation, metallurgy, and component design was applied to the engineering of industrial LED solutions.
• Integration: The focus shifted from casting individual components to the development of fully thermally optimized systems.

With the establishment of a proprietary Greenfield manufacturing facility in Romania, the Rubitech Group gained full control over the entire production cycle. This vertical integration ensures that technical specifications are strictly maintained throughout every process step:

• Casting & Machining: In-house tool maintenance, aluminium casting and precision CNC machining.
• Surface Technology: Surface treatment to prepare for coating and specialized coatings for industrial applications.
• Assembly: Final assembly and testing phases for integrated LED luminaires under direct management.
